This document sets out the privacy policy for the popo-labs.com website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"). The administrator of the Website is Jakub Popowski, operating a business under the name SYNTECH POPOWSKI WIESŁAW, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the Central Register and Information on Business Activity conducted by the Minister of Development, at the address ul. Personal data
- The Administrator collects information voluntarily provided by Users of the Website. In addition, the Administrator may record information about connection parameters such as IP addresses for technical purposes, related to server administration, and for collecting general, statistical demographic information (e.g., about the region from which the connection is made), as well as for security purposes.
- Personal data collected by the Administrator are processed in accordance with the provisions of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws 1997 No. 133 item 883 as amended) and the Act of July 18, 2002 on providing services by electronic means (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 144 item 1204 as amended) only on the basis of authorization to process data and solely for the purpose of providing services by electronic means by the Administrator and for other purposes specified in the Regulations.
- The Administrator makes special efforts to protect the privacy and information entrusted to him, relating to Users of the Website. The Administrator, with due diligence, selects and applies appropriate technical measures, including those of a programming and organizational nature, ensuring the protection of processed data, in particular, secures data against their disclosure to unauthorized persons, disclosure, loss and destruction, unauthorized modification, as well as against their processing in violation of applicable laws.
- Due to the voluntary nature of providing personal data by the User, they have the right to access their personal data, correct them, and may also request the Administrator to remove previously provided personal data from the data sets maintained by the Administrator, subject to the next sentence. The Administrator may refuse to delete data if the User has violated the provisions of this document or the Regulations or applicable laws by his behavior on the Website, and keeping the data is necessary to explain these circumstances and determine the User's liability.
- In the event of a change in the User's data, who registered on the Website, the User can modify them after logging into the Website.
- The Administrator does not transfer personal data of Users to third parties unless required by law or is necessary to achieve the purposes specified in the Regulations.
